SPARK: Empowering Students through Education
SPARK, previously known as Launchpad Learning, is revolutionizing education for students in CISD (Coppell Independent School District). Meet some of the instructors
Sydney Wood: “My name is Sydney Wood and I am a sophomore at New Tech High. Within SPARK Learning, I teach the Graphic Arts class alongside Amari [interviewed below]. Something I’d like for people to know about me is that I love fashion!”
Amari Omaoeng: “I’m Amari Omaoeng, and I’m currently a sophomore. I teach the graphic design and digital art class along with Sydney [interviewed above]. I wanted to teach because I wanted to make a class where kids not only get to learn design concepts but also get support and time in class to pursue their projects instead of following a rigid assignment.”
Madison Bounds: “My name is Madison Bounds, a senior who teaches the public speaking class. I’ve attended New Tech all four years and hope to teach my students confidence in themselves and their speaking skills. I plan to attend NCTC for teaching and education as I wish to be a future educator. I want all of my students to walk away with confidence and a smile on their faces.”
SPARK is not just a learning opportunity; it’s a gateway to a brighter, more empowered future for students in CISD.
